Our model, honestly
We didn't build Claude. We built JCIL around it.
JCIL runs on Claude by Anthropic, an American AI company. We chose it deliberately, we align it with JCIL's convictions through our own instructions, and we test it continuously. Your conversations are never used for training, and your account, chats and memory are stored in the United States. If Claude is ever unavailable, JCIL switches to its backup, a frontier open-weight model hosted and processed in the United States, and tells you on screen. The backup answers only during an outage. Every service category that touches your data is on our subprocessors page. That honesty is the point of this company.
