Why we don't publish usage numbers

Every answer costs us real money to serve, and a raw message counter is a bad measure of it: one message can be a one-line reply or a long study with live web searches. So, like the frontier AI labs, we size each plan for a kind of use (everyday, daily, heaviest) instead of publishing counts, and we promise this plainly: you will always see a clear warning before you near your included usage, nothing ever slows down or degrades silently, and if you do reach the limit you can add credits, upgrade, or simply wait for your billing date, with everything you've made untouched.

Why it is this simple

Every plan is the same product: one family of Claude models by Anthropic, disclosed by name, every feature, nothing to configure. The router decides how deeply to think about each question, and every plan gets the same models. If Claude is ever unavailable, JCIL switches to its backup, a frontier open-weight model hosted and processed in the United States, and tells you on screen. The backup answers only during an outage. The only difference is how much usage is included. We do not charge more for the better model, because every plan already gets it, on the $19 plan as much as on the $99 one.

JCIL runs on Claude by Anthropic, an American AI company. We chose it deliberately, we align it with JCIL's convictions through our own instructions, and we test it continuously. Your conversations are never used for training, and your account, chats and memory are stored in the United States. If Claude is ever unavailable, JCIL switches to its backup, a frontier open-weight model hosted and processed in the United States, and tells you on screen. The backup answers only during an outage.
